THE DANCE

Let me
take your hand
and
dance with you seductively
under the starlit skies
as
The full moon
envelops our bodies
with her radiance.

Let me
hear your voice
like that of an amorous ballad
set my soul ablaze.
Feel my fingertips

dance across
you...
seducing, igniting
as I avow my love for you.

Let me
kiss your sensual lips,
And let our tongues dance
in the rhythm of love.

My love
dance with me under
the starlit skies...
Dance with me,
Forever.

  REFLECTIONS

Raise high the glass of love to me,
and let me taste its last remains:
old passion's pain aroused once more,
surrounded by its sweet refrains.
O, shattered fragment of lost love,
come close to me in vague revue,
and mirror once again your love,
before I remember that we're through.
And if you see upon my face
a silver tear before you fall,
kiss gently there before you go,
and say, "He loved her best of all."

SEASONS

In the springtime when the irises begin to blossom

or...

Late in the summer
when every verdure is thirsty
for the kiss of rain
Or when fall is coercing the trees to become naked
coating the earth with a multitude of colors
and...
the winter night skies are opulent with stars I...
Voluntarily, in all seasons,
surrender to you.

Every drop of rain that

descends from my body
longs to
shower your flora and perfume
your skin.

I...
Yearn for your touch
and long to
Open my petals
as you exhaust me with your love,
Until I fall into your arms
Knowing your love has sated all of me.

Oh!my sweet,
you have
Allured me into your seasons
and became my
Revelation of love.
Let me frolic in the seasons of your emotions,
As I confess my love
for you...
to you...
in all seasons.

IN YOUR EYES

Time stood still as I searched
in your fiery eyes for the answers.
All time was captured deep in your soul
and yet even light bowed down to your timeless power.
I knew if I stared long enough
I'd find the solace my soul needed,
or I'd never find my way out of your maze
and live forever in your blinding love.
The moments flew by, but never moved at all.
The clock seemed to be charmed
as much as I by the power you held.
I thought I heard its silent ticking,
but it was only the still pounding of my heart.
I grew old and died and young and was born,
the never ending cycle, complete in your eyes.

MY DYING PRAYER

Now I lay me down to sleep,
tears upon my pillow seep;
if I should die before I wake,
I pray my love my soul to take,
and hold it gently to her breast,
and lay my body down to rest..
When the nighttime slowly falls,
and shadows dance upon the walls;
when the dewdrops slowly sneak
upon the snowy mountain peaks,
put some flowers on my grave,
so in the wind they'll gently wave.
Say goodbye to me, and sleep..
our memories forever keep.

COME LIE WITH ME

Lie with me in the sunny spring

upon a pallet of white clover..

amongst the tall grass

we will disappear as the gentle breeze

tickles the long blades surrounding us.

Like children, let us play a game of explore

and seek

immersing ourselves in innocence long

removed

as we expose our nakedness to the blue sky,

the warm sunlight caressing our skin.

Look at me for the first time as with a child's

eyes,

touch me here and here and here.

My mouth seeks yours.. I am enraptured!

I am but a young man again, playing in the field near the stream.

Take me gently for I am enlivened, but take me now

because I hunger for you, as with a child's demanding appetite.

Then lie with me upon the felled clover as the sun smiles upon us,

let me sleep in your arms in innocence as I once slept

so many springs ago.
